Jay is the author of 15 Futurist / Science Fiction books: (Available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble) about the next Texas Revolution, War in Asia, genetic upgrades, and the Quantum Domains of War.

Jan illustrated and wrote "Little Lamb", a Childrens book. She has a degree in Graphic Design and is a superb artist.

Our Story

Jay is a retired Army Field Artilleryman who was one of the last men in the U.S. Army to command an M110 8″ Howitzer firing battery. He recently retired from Microsoft where he designed cloud computer networks for commercial, non-profit, and government environments.

Married for 40 years to the most gorgeous babe he knows, he and his wife have four kids. Their lives and perspectives straddle military assignments, combat tours, and mission trips across Europe, Asia, and the Horn of Africa.

Over the course of 20 years in the Army and almost twenty more in the commercial sector, Jay built backbones and server farms on the Euphrates, across Central Asia, and along the front range of the Rocky Mountains. He has a Master’s Degree in History, never took a computer science course, but taught Enterprise and Cloud design of identity, messaging, and cyber security classes at the college level.

Jay and Jan’s greatest joy is teaching the Bible to young men and women, mentoring them toward being Wholehearted Disciples of Christ, teaching the panorama of generations from the Bible to the modern day.

The Culling Trilogy

2039 America is a brutal place. Most men between 18 and 44 are deployed to Asia fighting the UN’s Earth Charter wars. At home, the nation wrestles with the 5% annual culling of young and old. It is a time of Liberty and Tyranny… Life and Death.
2043… The UN just made a deal with the Sunni Caliphate, ending over two decades of war in Central Asia. The problem is that US soldiers have no way home…13th Army in Samarqand is beginning to call their fortress The Alamo.

 

NukeFall is coming. The UN’s Earth Charter Treaty conquest wars wiped out a generation of American manhood in Asia while Tehran and Moscow solidified their North South power axis from which they dominate Central Asia. Wounded, Enzo Yeretz is back home, searching for his family from Longview, Texas. Sergeant Major Niall Tulloch is assigned to UN Star Colony Ship 1 and struggles with UN physicists to define travel faster than the speed of light.

We want to take readers on a very special journey. It’s a professional soldier and Microsoft Geek’s life journey of faith. I wrote this as a long love letter to my kids, but hope other readers enjoy it, and gain insight into faith, life, and our creator in Heaven.
